Grating discs

The grating disc is designed to be held by a thermoplastic stem which is specific to each client’s equipment and allows the disc to rotate.
This insert enables the grating disc to sit precisely within the client’s domestic or professional food processor.

It has holes in it to grate different sizes depending on the size of the holes.

Standard uses for the grating discs:

• grating raw vegetables (carrots)
• grating hard cheeses (Emmental)
