Double grating inserts

In order to be used, the double grating insert is attached to a specific element in each client’s equipment which ensures the insert is held in place and moves.
It enables the double grating insert to be easily attached to the food processor or grating machine.

This insert can grate different sizes depending on the size of the holes.

Standard uses of the double grating insert:

  • grating cheese (for example Gruyere)
  • preparing raw vegetables (for example carrots, red cabbage, or beetroot)
