Shaving disc
The Parmesan and chocolate shaving disc is designed to be held by a thermoplastic stem which is specific to the client’s food processor.
This stem ensures that the disc rotates.

It is covered in holes which shave certain foods.

Examples of use for the shaving disc:

  • shaving chocolate
  • shaving hard cheeses such as Parmesan
  • shaving hard fruit and vegetable such as carrots, coconut.
